To complement his creations, Chef Andrea has developed a biodynamic garden within the restaurant's private park, where he grows aromatic herbs, flowers, and seasonal vegetables. These products are carefully used to accompany and enhance selected dishes on the menu, following both seasonality and the Chef's inspiration. The biodynamic garden is open to view and welcomes guests just in front of the restaurant entrance. As evening falls, the atmosphere transforms into a captivating and immersive experience: the garden, gently framed by the park's lights, comes alive with reflections and shadows, creating an intimate and almost magical setting.
